Roscosmos Head to Hold Negotiations on Space Cooperation with Ukraine

The Head of the Russian Federal Space Agency arrived in Ukraine to discuss space cooperation issues with Ukrainian colleagues. The Roscosmos Head visited National Spacecraft Control and Test Center in Evpatoria, Crimea, which is planned to be used for control of the Phobos-Grunt space station slated for launch to Martian moon in 2011.
