 | Russia launches Canadian telecoms satellite

Russia’s Proton-M carrier rocket carrying a Canadian telecommunications satellite Anik-G1 blasted off from the Baikonur space center in Kazakhstan, the Russian Federal Space Agency Roscosmos reported.
